My brothers and I hunt down in the Tyler area. We're from out of the area and out of state. One brother had his dog open up a bad wound on a barb wire fence. The clinic was outstanding in their care of the dog and did not gouge an out-of-stater for the cost of treatment. The following year, I had an issue with my dog that they expertly took care of without gouging me (like my local vets do). They caught my dog up on his vaccinations to boot. Great people!
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
