They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.
