They answered most of my questions but led us to believe that our cat was going to have a full recovery from a kidney infection when in fact, she was in full kidney failure and died two days later. While I appreciate them being optimistic, I also expect a vet to provide all information, including worst case scenarios to prepare you for the worst while encouraging you to hope for the best. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was not until they found out that our cat was terminally ill that they changed their tune and became compassionate, but even then, it was clearly fake and not genuine.

We chose this practice because it was close to our home. They were okay with normal check-ups and the vets are friendly but the front office staff and most of the techs are not friendly. Its such a large practice that everyone seems too busy and their goal is to just get you out the door. We have two other cats and a dog and will not be returning to this place regardless of how convenient it is. We will without a doubt trade driving a longer distance for good care for all of our animals.

Like I said before, it is a very large practice and while our terminally ill cat was under their care, there was more than one occasion where miscommunication and charting errors occurred, which could have been detrimental to the care of our little girl. If she weren't so ill, we would have pulled her from there care and transferred her elsewhere.
