They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
