They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. It didn't take me too long to realize that they did not have the knowledge or experience to help my pet. They couldn't help my pet with all the procedures they needed done and I had to go somewhere else. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I've never seen so many crazy pets running around a veterinarians office before. The entire staff seemed completely overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the work load. I prefer a veterinarians office to be a little more organized than that.
