One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
