I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well.
