Rude idiot who told me he was calling a prescription through for my dog and then changed his mind, making me drive 10 miles for nothing. Did not even have the decency to come to the phone when I called to question his reasons for this. All he wanted was more money to see the dog again which was impossible as we are thousands of miles away! You should be ashamed of yourself sir! Your actions today were to the detriment of your patient. Disgusted with the treatment we received from you today! By the way Your own staff told you that you last saw my dog in May! not March.
