They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Dr. Roy and his staff show compassion in all they do.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
