They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do.
