Julia was a delight. Her shop has quality products and she has a depth of knowledge to draw on to help you. I stopped in because I have a very sore throat and I can feel it moving into my chest. Thanks for being there for me!

Julia's came highly recommended. I called and they told me an appointment was not necessary. Upon arrival the staff was not very friendly and almost to the point of being rude because no appointment was made. They were not busy at all so I didn't understand the problem with walking in( since that is what they said I could do). First time there and will not go back again. They need to work on customer service skills and make sure everyone in Julia's is on the same page with policies and procedures. Not all procedures were explained until I was almost finished (ex: keeping my feet flat) Got the impression that since I walked in I wasn't gonna be treated the same as someone with an appointment. The attitude of workers drove this survey.
