The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
