Ellen Yates, Founder & CEO
N2shape was founded in 1994 by Ellen Yates who had worked as a federal government fitness director for over 10 years. She grew tired of helping employees to get fit and then two weeks later she would never see them again. She wanted to have more of an influence on their health and well being and knew that through personal training she could. To her credit, over 24 years later, she is still training and motivating clients to move to stay healthy. Ms. Yates is a pioneer in the fitness field and not only has changed the lives of her clients but has mentored many other trainers who are out changing lives as well.
