Increasing happiness and hope to facilitate meaningful, productive living, are primary goals of my practice. Over the course of my sixteen years practicing therapy in New Mexico, I have worked with a wide variety of clients and issues. Methods are tailored to the individual's personality, culture, problems and wants. Relationship issues are an area of particular interest, experience and expertise. Talk therapy as well as mind/body methods are used for reducing anxiety, stress and depression.

Using cognitive behavioral skills we can access and modify underlying thoughts that lead to painful feelings. Skills for processing and releasing feelings in a consistent and flowing manner are taught. Understanding and creating personal meaning and taking responsibility for choices are also emphasized. Psycho-education and communication skill building are utilized. I strive to help clients find clear vision, meaning and a positive sense of self as well as an appreciation of purpose in relation to others and the community. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday appointments are available at my conveniently located office. Cash, Checks and Credit Cards are accepted.
