Nutrition counselling is provided with a focus on decreasing inflammatory load for weight loss and ultimate cellular health and vitality. Individualized programs are developed based on your goals, likes and dislikes, food sensitivities, and with consideration to the time you have to incorporate new lifestyle changes.

Personal Training services are with a focus on rehabilitating those who are in pain, injured, with poor range of motion, and for those who want to improve their heart health, strength, power and flexibility. For lay people, athletes, and injured alike.

Massage and manual therapy treatments enhance energy, concentration, mood, circulation, and decrease symptoms of poor health, pain, tight muscles and connective tissue. Posture and movement is improved as is endurance, strength, elimination, and lymphatic circulation.

Colorpuncture is a non invasive way to provide the body with its inherent optimal health signals so that the body can find its way back to balance and vital health. Through the use of color and light frequencies on acupuncture and reflex zones of the body, this can be accomplished.
