PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR.
As a former employee I feel that it is my responsibility to let you know the behind the scenes of what happens in the clinic. Please read the attached screenshots that I have posted of her "firing" me over text because she felt that I was the drama in her clinic and needed to "eliminate it."

She "fired" me because I wouldn't allow her to hold onto a PATIENTS GUN for him over the weekend while he was in Mexico. He asked her to hold it and she said that was fine but went outside with the patient with a box and gloves on and took it inside for him. *(Please note, as we are in AZ, I have no problems with firearms, own multiple myself, and know the rules of owning/carrying them). I advised the patient that we would not be able to hold this for him and Erika told him that it was fine. I advised her that she had no idea where he got the gun, what the gun had been used in PRIOR to it being in her office, and that the fact that he "couldn't have it in his car and was going to Mexico that weekend" but was not leaving at that time as he still had to go home and get ready, something didn't sound quite right. She again told him that it was fine, but I told her that if she was going to keep it in the office, I would not be staying. Not because I didn't want it around, but this patient could have called the cops and told them that she had stolen the firearm, that he knew where a weapon was that was used in a crime, or her office could have been broken into over the weekend and had it stolen from there. Please also note that this patient was an attorney and SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have to emphasize that a DOCTOR WHO CANNOT OWN A FIREARM BECAUSE SHE IS IN THE USA ON A WORK VISA WAS GOING TO HOLD ONTO SOMEONE ELSE'S GUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The true reason she "fired" me was because she was incapable of paying me as my paycheck did not go through the Friday before. I worked with her accountant and she said that Quickbooks showed it correctly processed, I verified through my bank TWICE that it was not showing on their end, and we found that the money had not been pulled out of her account, we speculated that it was most likely due to there not being sufficient funds in it.

I also have to note that she made some very unkind remarks about people with mental disorders such as schizophrenia and that they are criminals and a large majority of the homeless population. I do not think that a "doctor" who also struggles with some sort of disorder should be making such comments about others.

I am not a disgruntled employee, I am person who saw behind the scenes and truly worries for the safety of her patients.

There is so much more but a lot of it would be going into personal details about her and that would not be appropriate as those are her accounts and I only want to give facts.
