Jennifer Patterson, O.D.
Dr. Jennifer Johnson Patterson is a native Texan and has lived in this area since 1974. She received her Bachelor of Science from East Texas Baptist University in 1992 and her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston in 1996. She completed internships in London, England and Plano, TX. Dr. Patterson is a Therapeutic Optometrist, which means that she can treat eye infections, injuries, diseases and perform foreign body removals. She is also licensed as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. Dr. Patterson decided in 8th grade to pursue a career in optometry and has practiced in the North Dallas area since 1996. She was thrilled to open Vision Works Eyecare, P.A. in 2003. The practice has since moved to a larger location in the Starwood Professional Village and is now called Eyes of Starwood. She feels that she has put together a great staff, a technologically advanced office, a warm, friendly atmosphere, a large selection of contact lenses, and both traditional and unique eyeglasses. Dr. Patterson wants to hear from you as to what your individual visual demands are and looks forward to addressing all of those issues as part of a thorough eye examination. On a personal note, Dr. Patterson married her college sweetheart in 1998. They have been blessed with a daughter and a son. The Patterson's love their church, traveling, and spending time with family.
