Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I probably spent less than five minutes in their waiting room, it was fantastic. They called me back right after I arrived. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
