This is the worst customer service I have ever received. First of all they never pick up the phone. You have to leave a message and someone will get back to you. After first couple of appointments, my son was prescribed a medication. Pharmacy told us that they are waiting on authororzation from Dr office to release medication. After 5 days of waiting pharmacy told us to contact the Dr office as they are not responding. We have left message for 5 consecutive days before getting a call back and finally getting the medication. Next week we called a day before the appointment to reschedule as the medication was delayed. No one responded back and the next day, we got a call for no show of appointment and then were told that there are no more appointments available for the rest of the year. My son's medication is only for 30 days with no refill and all of a sudden the doctor became unavailable for the rest of the year.

Horrible , do not go to this place, they put kids on high dose of medication and make them disable, so that you go to them all your life and they can make money.
