There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. My calls get returned promptly and they even sent me a visit summary the same day.

Their staff is warm and greeted me right away. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr. Edwards was kind and considerate.
