Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never lose their cool or get angry. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. My appointment ran a little late, but the staff was more than willing to stay open as long as I needed them to in order to satisfy my needs! I was so grateful!

I couldn't believe their level of skill and experience. Instead of just treating my symptoms, which some other places I've been to have done, they gave me comprehensive, holistic care. They knew that just treating my symptoms wouldn't be effective. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One of the first things I noticed about this clinic was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was it clear that this acupuncturist takes pride in the appearance of his/her clinic?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking clinics I've ever seen!
Were the herbs the acupuncturist gave you effective?
Absolutely! They made an enormous impact
