Annie Moore is a Therapeutic Massage Therapist who uses various unique combinations of massage modalities to help to remove pain throughout your body and decrease the negative effects of stress while repairing damaged muscle tissue. Annie spends time with each client at every visit to fully understand the issues in order to get to the problem rather than just the symptoms. Every session also includes education for the client so they understand what might be causing the issue as well as remedies to inhibit recurrences. She works with clients from throughout the Chicagoland area and even has people who fly in from other states just for her massages.

Techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), cupping, steam packs, and hot stones, aid the body do what it does best to heal itself. Improved range of motion creates better biomechanics, reduces overall fatigue, and assists in the prevention of overuse injuries. This is why Annie employs these methods in each massage session leaving most clients pain-free and rejuvenated.

Annie is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. I’m a runner and am pretty rough on myself. She works with me very regularly to address any issues and help prevent the normal over use injuries from becoming more serious. Her knowledge on sports and medical massage is astounding. She finds sore spots that I didn't even know I had. I can't recommend her enough!

Annie, also reached out to me as a friend and avid pet lover to help our German Shepherd during the final weeks of her life. Loki suffered from canine degenerative myelopathy (affects the neural sheathing around the dog's lower spinal column, causing a loss of sensation and use of the hind legs). Annie was sweet enough to come to our home twice a week to give her massages. Her visits help provide Loki with the relief she so desperately needed. Annie will never truly understand how important her visits were to Loki. I am so thankful to know such a caring person.

I can honestly say that being such a kind and caring person along her knowledge and expertise puts Annie far above any other massage therapist out there. She truly is one of a kind!

Annie Moore is by far the best massage therapist I have ever used. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and the human body and listens to your individual needs and problems. I had major back surgery on my lower back that came with terrible back muscle spasms during rehab. Without Annie I would not have been able to make such a quick recovery! She is strong and provides unmatched deep tissue/trigger point techniques.
