I have to give a lot of credit to the people who are employed here. It takes a certain kind of person to do what they do. They work long hours that are physical and mentallly challenging. I recently spent 3 nights in the room with my Mom. Under the circumstances, I don't think I was easy to get along with. I was able to get a "behind the scenes" view. I give it an all thumbs up.
PS Ginnette Appleton CNA was my favorite.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more
Was this provider's office too cold?
Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

No, but they said they were going to!
