Sometimes they just dont show up for appointments. no call to let you know. then you call liz and have to deal with the attitude. and worst of all is that they have no weekend hours. if you have an emergency on the weekend and call their number, no one answers the phone. you will have to call 911 which defeats the whole concept of hospice. i tried calling the nurse several times over the weekend and never a return call after she told me to call any time. i felt lied to. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is.
Do yourself a favor and pick another organization who has weekend hours. How do you run a hospice business with no service on the weekends. This business should be closed down based on their hours.
