My mother-in-law was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer that spread to her bones. She was transferred to a nursing home and was supposed to be under hospice care. An aide came out to wash her every day, however, my husband and I only saw a nurse twice within the 2 weeks she was there. We received no counseling of any kind to tell us what to expect and what is happening with her. We had to read it online about the dying process and what to expect. She passed away on Friday, January 22 and we still heard nothing from them. They used to be absolutely wonderful. I don't know what happened. We're very disappointed.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
