DO NOT USE VNS HOSPICE OF TRUMBULL. THEY ARE NOT TRAINED, QUALIFIED OR HAVE THE STAFFING TO PROVIDE HOSPICE CARE. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL. THEY ARE GREAT AT SELLING YOU THIS SERVICE BUT ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR LOVED ONE ON WITH THEM THEY HAVE NO TIME FOR QUESTIONS OR PROVIDE YOU THE SERVICE THEY PROMISED. THEY ACTUALLY START THEIR VISIT OFF WITH "I AM RUNNING BUSY AND HAVE NO TIME FOR QUESTIONS." IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM FOR END OF LIFE CARE. IF YOU CALL THEM FOR HELP THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT A GREAT JOB YOU ARE DOING AND TO INCREASE THE MEDICATION. THAT IS AS FAR AS THEY HELP AND SUPPORT GOES. MOST OTHER PERSONELL SERVICES OFFERED ARE NOT TRAINED AS WELL. THEY TALK AS THEY ARE READING OUT OF A BOOK. STAY AWAY.
