Though Prospect does seem to be lucky enough to have a small handful of compassionate field people the administrative staff is difficult to deal with on the phone, and many of the folks assigned to the care of your loved one come whenever they want and have no respect for your schedule. There are other people that will come to Teller County, and I would highly recommend using someone more professional instead of this joke of an agency.

These are people who are there for themselves alone. You will NEVER be a high priority to them, I know personally. Home care workers are untrained and do not actually know important housekeeping methods - much was ruined in various ways in my home.
You will be expected to be compliant to THEM. They forget you earned excellent services by paying your taxes. Staff are disrespectful to the Disabled, and lack training or understanding.
I could not find verification that this company is licensed.
I would not trust any loved one or friend to this company.
