Perhaps you should have gone to Port Jefferson ... Not only did they provide the utmost care, but they also made sure family members weren't forgotten. As far as remembering names, EVERYONE knew our names ... It was us who forgot theirs.

It's a shame you didnt provide the same care in Melville.

The equipment was mediocre at best and definitely could use an upgrade. I'm sure it works fine, but I had doubts at first. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They give you the run around and if you die at night or on a holiday dont call them they don't care this is the most unprofessional health care co I have ever been involved with my advice DONT CALL THESE UNCARING PEOPLE
