They dawtook amazing care of my mom. The nurses are companionate and caring. It’s an awful time for families and nobody ever wants to have to be there but if you need a place to tell your loved one goodbye this is the place

The worst experience ever!!!!! I was alone with my Dad, he begun to vomit old blood I called the nurse to bring in the missing lid on the suction canister, and start to suction Dad. Eventually the nurses aid arrived with the lid. I was left on my own to suction Dad's projectile old blood which he was chocking on over the span of 45 minutes to which he filled up a little over a liter of black blood. I am thankful I was there or Dad would have chocked. The RN came into Dads room after 7:30 pm stating "I was busy". Dad passed away 18 hours later. I am a nurse, however that was a horrible experience to go through as a family member. I would never recommend citrus valley hospice especially since through out the night his pain was never managed and Dad suffered dearly.
