They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.

JULIA IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Nasty little dogs run up and sit on your lap during appts, she eats McDonald's while treating you, super unorganized with even other patients files sitting out right next to you, and I could GO ON AND ON! She should lose her license.

SHE IS A FRAUD!! Repeatedly states she's a psychiatrist, when she has no such qualifications!!! Psychiatrists are physicians! She even refers to herself as a physician specifically, on top of stating she's a psychiatrist & she's neither. She is not an MD. She is not a doctor is any way shape or form.
