I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very involved in my treatment method here. They made me feel like my opinion mattered and carefully listened to all of my input in regards to treatment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
