I've been a patient of Dr. Gandhi for over 15 years! I love her! She listens and is very kind.

They gave wrong info about my medical insurance. One of their office staff suggested I comment insurance fraud. The doctor will not call me to get the situation resolved. I believe Dr. Gandhi is a good doctor but her staff has really messed up on a lot of levels. If a doctor's PA tells you insurance covers a mammogram then your insurance DOES NOT because it was done before a certain age it is very unethical for the doctor to not eat the cost. ( $680) Especially when you have no family history or problems. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I worked at a doctor's office for many years and this is highly unacceptable. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the information they are giving. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. I was there in October. I still have not gotten a call from Dr. Gandhi. Never trust anything a doctor's office tells you about your insurance, always call for yourself, EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU SOMETHING IS COVERED!!!!
