Mea is extremely knowledgeable. Her background in physical therapy puts her at least a notch or two above the average massage therapist. I am prone to neck and shoulder spasms, and she has been able to work those right out, and regular massage seems to keep them away. She also does a great job of working on the flexibility of my hips and knees, and I am sure this has helped me prevent injury from running. I highly recommend Mea!

Mea is excellent and very knowledgeable. She helped me with my hip and shoulder problems. I recommend her to anyone I know that asks about massage therapists.
