I am so glad to finally have a REAL YOGA STUDIO to go to in the area! The teachers are highly trained and educated in yoga and are very good at helping their students to grow in their practice. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful and the classes are small enough to where everyone gets personalized attention. The prices here are incredible and they are always holding extra workshops for us. I have seen such a change in my body and mind since starting a regular practice here. I've tried other "yoga" classes in town, but they simple can't compare to this studio!
