New to the area and just tried to book an appointment after confirming the doctor was in network via my insurance website. Unfortunately, I decided to go elsewhere as the receptionist wasn't very helpful and told me I would need to call my insurance again (after already confirming) I feel that the offie should know which groups they cover, versus making your potential new patients do even more leg work. Or have the ability to look up in their system.
