They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Terrible! We pay the hefty initial consultation fee, she shows up late, and she writes his height and weight down on a piece of notepad paper then tells us we need to start using "Juice Plus"... that's it in a nutshell. On our second "appointment" she didn't show up AT ALL. We were calling her on our cell phones waiting for her for 20 minutes at her own office, she finally called us, said she lost her appointment book so she didn't know we had an appointment. She said she was at the gym and her car broke down so she couldnt get there. Unbelievably unprofessional. She's never even tried to reschedule, and it's been 3 MONTHS! She basically took our money and ran. DON'T go to this woman! I am still trying to get my money ($200+) back for the initial consultation... without success. Seek help elsewhere... for your child's sake. There are a lot of GOOD naturopathic doctors in AZ. We've found one, so can you, so keep looking!

Yes, and my child loves them!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they are very reliable.
