After I had my braces removed, I lost my retainers. I was only in 8th grade.. Dr. Malerman made me feel so bad for losing them. He asked me "how could I do that to my mom? It's a lot of money and she works so hard to pay for them" Totally inappropriate..

I started CRYING! He was so mean.. I always hate his sense of humor.

Also, my friend went to him and he made her cry, too!

If you love your kids, don't bring them here..

I have never seen a provider more committed to making their patients happy and get a good result from their braces. My two kids and I have all gone to Dr. Malerman and he never makes us wait, always takes time to explain things and teaches you how to take care of your teeth. He is especially good with kids.
