Providing a genuine and safe environment, Dr. Lager supports individuals and families as they tell their story and explore ways to build upon their strengths, enhance their coping and problem solving skills, and improve the quality of their relationships. Dr. Lager’s specialties include working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety and depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, behavioral problems, trauma and loss, work-related stress, and relationship issues. In addition to individual and family therapy, Dr. Lager offers parenting workshops, social skills groups, and psychological and educational testing. Dr. Lager also specializes in evidence based treatments including the following: Parent Child Interaction Therapy - PCIT, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - TF-CBT, and Incredible Years parenting groups.
