I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

BEWARE! I went there for an operation, and ended up paying for far more than that! The doctor ordered testing that completely and wholly unnecessary by any medical standards. Beyond that, she failed to inform me that she was doing so, which is illegal in the state of Virginia (as I'm sure it is in most states). She did NOT have my consent to perform the testing.

Beyond that, they simply weren't friendly. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else!
