They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I have never been to a more efficient office. The staff was caring and courteous. They made me feel as if I mattered and not as if I was just another face in the room. Dr. Titus was very thourough and made sure that I understood everything about my concerns. From the front desk to the nurse and then to see the doctor, I was impressed. I could'nt recommend a better office. Treat yourself to the best experience ever!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
