Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because spots were designated for patients and close to the entrance. I'm impressed with how much progress I've made since my visit was just yesterday. They helped me so much. As a side note, this business is really conveniently located. It is right off the freeway, so I was able to quickly pickup the items designated by the doctor right after the appointment. The staff is very personable, they show genuine interest in getting to know me as a patient, to determine my needs. Their demeanor made me feel important. They have a great professional reputation and the office exemplifies professionalism. Although the doctor does not think I will need a follow up for this specific issue, they made a follow up appointment anyway. If I don't need to come, they said I can simply cancel when they call to remind me, now to me that was going the extra mile. I got professionalism, expertise, convenience and courtesy. I have already told and will continue to tell everyone how great they are. Five stars well deserved!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative.
