The treatment I received from Dr. Anubha Jairam at CareATC, was abysmal. She incompetently managed my medical case and when I tried to speak with her about it, she said my questioning her was rude. I gave up trying to talk to her at all and just tried to follow instructions, even though they made little sense. I have a condition that needs to be monitored; I take a little pill every day and get my finger pricked monthly. It measures the amount of medication in my system and it's never been a big deal, until Dr. Anubha Jairam. The doctor made wild adjustments to my medication, tested me the day after making dosage changes (it takes at least 48 hours to see changes), refused to set up a standing order at the lab (she seemed to not understand that the lab doesn’t care about my dosage, they just draw blood), told me to decrease my meds when they needed to be increased. She made me get blood drawn weekly for months and fill out tons of paperwork. It was obvious she just didn’t know what she was doing. And instead of just being honest and saying that the clinic isn’t the right place for such close monitoring, she demanded that I no longer be able to use the CareATC clinic that my employer set up at all. So, while having free flu shots and vaccinations and flu visits is cost-free to other employees, not me, because this doctor is incompetent. Her medical degree is from a for-profit medical school located in Barbados, accredited by only sketchy agencies, and is constantly under investigation.
