On Behalf of my Grandmother I write this review. Dr. Richard Phillips went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of her. She has dental implants (one of the first patients to receive them). She suffers greatly from many aliments because she is 99 yrs old. She had trouble sitting straight in the chair as a result of severe degenerative discs in her spine. My Grandma told me that Dr. Phillips literally got on his knees to tend to her so she was not in pain and she did not have to straighten her spine. At 99 many dr.'s do not take the time or care like this Dr. I thank God with all of my heart for the care and concern he extended to My Grandma Dee.
THANK YOU DR PHILLIPS!!!

Very unprofessional, no bedside manner, not even a greeting - just "Open your mouth". Returned to office due to loose implant he was rude and didnt want to hear the problem caused by his shabby work. I had to pay additional fees for the problem to be fixed, on top of the original amount and had to enduredure over a year of pain and discomfort and upon my return his attitude was horrendous! No sympathy or concern for his patient, only excuses for his bad work.
