They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am a male and with each visit to this salon i have been treated with respect and i have personally witness a pleasant working enviroment. I do plan on returning.

Worst service (and cut) ever!I am usually pretty complacent when it comes to hair cuts. I have long hair that I usually wear straight, and layers or not, it never looks much different. I bought a deal from Living Social for this salon, and although I had never been there, all I wanted was a simple trim.When I got there, the stylist sat me down and started yanking the bobby pins out of my hair (which she never returned). She asked how I wanted my hair cut and then interrupted me several times. After putting my Living Social deal, she told me that it would be an extra $16 (!!) dollars because my hair is longer. I asked her what she meant, with which she responded ("time is money, it takes me longer to cut long hair). I told her I had never been charged more, and asked how cutting an inch off my hair takes longer than cutting an inch off someone's hair that is shorter. She really had no response so I opted out of a blow dry to make up for the outrageous overcharge. I expected some amazing haircut since her time was so precious, but she spent literally 6 minutes cutting my hair and didn't even check the sides to make sure they were even (which they weren't). She scooted me out of the chair, and although I was outraged, I still tipped 20%.NEVER EVER GO THERE. EVER.
