A couple months ago, I went in and signed me and my daughter in for a hair cut. The tall, blond woman working there, cut both my hair and my daughter's hair. I only asked for a trim because it's not my usual place and I didn't want a style or anything, just a quick trim. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture because this woman totally "jacked up" my hair. My layers were so short that I had to go to my usualy place and get my hair cut off really short in order for it to look half way decent. Well, I thought I would give it another try a few weeks later with getting only my daughter's hair trimmed again. We signed in with no one else waiting and the blonde woman was there again working...she said it would be 20 minutes. We waited 35 minutes and I asked how much longer would we have to wait? The blonde just looked at me with a stupid look and said, not too much longer because one stylist was leaving. Well, I seen one stylist put her client under the dryer and said she would be back in 10 minutes...plenty of time to give my 4 yo a trim...but no, she disappeared into the back. I said we were gonna just have to leave. The blonde said, "Well, I'm sorry you can wait"....I started for the door, but had to respond before leaving, telling her, NO, I did wait, I waited 35 minutes?!?!?!....So, that's it, I will not be going back to that place. I have noticed from going there that they stress they only take "walk-ins"...you cannot make an appointment...BUT when I was in there getting our hair cut the first time, the stylist would be discussing who or what client was coming in that afternoon or they would ask certain clients that were leaving, when they wanted to come in again....mainly elderly women....This is the main clients I believe that they serve here and the heck with everyone else...okay, I'm done!
