I started going to the salon ever since it was opened. Unfortunately I moved to IL but still have family in the area. If I can I always make an attempt to still get my haircut when I'm home visiting family. An all around great place and wished this salon was in IL with me.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
