I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
