the day I visited my regular stylist was on vacation. This location had recently absorbed stylists from the Pewaukee location, and there were 3 of the Pewaukee associates there and none of the regular girls. I had called ahead for a cut, was on time but waited 35 minutes while one girl chatted ( very loudly and pretty much did nothing). The girl she had me with hadn't even started on her customers cut when it was my appointment time, while the other girl didn't even offer to do my hair. 35 minutes past my time I got my cut. The girls from the Pewaukee store who are now at Sussex make a normally very professional Cost Cutters very poor in customer service. I will only get my hair cut with my regular stylist and will not return unless she is available.
