They should have waited to take their personal phone calls until after my beauty treatment was over. I thought it was unprofessional of them to chat on their cell phone right in front of me. the customer's always right The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
