When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I; however, am speaking of the store, not the hair salon...I have never used the actual hair salon. I would NEVER purchase anything from the store...they have a NO return policy...even 5 minutes after you purchase a product...in addition, if the product you purchase breaks the very next day, you must return the product to the manufacturer..you cannot return it to the store. I will not do business with them again.
